Recipe FAQ’s
Generally frozen fish sticks are made of mild white fish, such as cod, haddock or pollock.
Choose a fish stick that has a crispy breading. Also look for a fish stick that is made with fish fillet, NOT minced fish. Even better if they name the actual fish type on the package (ex. cod, haddock, pollock).
