This meal plan is for all my fellow Instant Pot Heads!!
This week the menu includes only Instant Pot Recipes. There are 4 recipes included for you to use and then I recommend that you have:
- 1 kids choice night
- 1 leftover night
- 1 take out night
All together that makes a week of dinners! And if this one isn’t quite your style or you don’t have an Instant Pot or Electric Pressure Cooker, there are a lot of other menus to choose from in my Meal Plan Page.
Creamy Instant Pot Risotto
Risotto made in your Instant Pot is not only easy but it is incredibly creamy and delicious. Pair this Risotto Recipe with a green salad and some crusty bread for an amazing dinner!
Instant Pot Chili
Nothing more comforting that a big bowl of warm chili! This Instant Pot Chili is super flavorful and tastes like it cooked on the stove all day. Pair this with some cornbread muffins.
Instant Pot Shredded Chicken Tacos
Tuesday is Taco night so plan on making these Instant Pot Shredded Chicken Tacos! Grab all your favorite taco toppings and pair it with chips and guacamole, and some refried beans.
Instant Pot BBQ Meatballs
First, who doesn’t love BBQ, and a meatball is always a good idea. So you know that these Instant Pot BBQ Meatballs are delish!! Pair them with a potato (like these Instant Pot Mashed Potatoes) and a green veggie.
Leftover Re-Do Ideas
- Make BBQ Meatball Sliders, on slider buns with melted provolone cheese, red onions, and cilantro.
- Add sauteed mushrooms and/or shrimp to the risotto.
- Make Enchiladas with leftover chicken taco meat.
- Simmer leftover chili and thicken it with a tablespoon of cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon of cool water. Serve over hot dogs for chili dogs!
