12ozwhite almond barkchopped (or white chocolate melting wafers)
1lb.salted cocktail peanuts or salted spanish peanuts
Instructions
In a double boiler melt the chocolate chips and almond bark together. Once it is completely smooth, remove from the heat.
12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips, 12 oz white almond bark
Stir in the peanuts.
1 lb. salted cocktail peanuts or salted spanish peanuts
Drop spoonful's of the peanut cluster mixture onto wax paper or parchment paper lined baking sheets.Make these about a 2 or 3 bite sized treat! They are rich.
Pop in the fridge for 30- 45 minutes to set up.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
