White Chocolate Chex Mix Recipe
This White Chocolate Chex Mix is a perfect sweet and salty version of the original. Made with almond bark, Chex, Cheerios, Pretzels, Roasted Peanuts and M&M's.

Ingredients
- 1 pound almond bark or white chocolate melting wafers, NOT white chocolate chips
- 3 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 3 cups Corn Chex cereal
- 3 cups Cheerios
- 2 cups tiny pretzels
- 2 cups dry roasted peanuts
- 12 oz. M&M’s plain candy
Instructions
- In a very large bowl, mix all of the dry ingredients. Set aside.3 cups Rice Chex cereal, 3 cups Corn Chex cereal, 3 cups Cheerios, 2 cups tiny pretzels, 2 cups dry roasted peanuts, 12 oz. M&M’s plain candy
- Chop the white chocolate almond bark. Then place in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on full power for 1 minute. Remove and stir. Return to microwave for 15 second intervals until just melted. Stir between intervals.
- Slowly pour the chocolate mixture over the cereal mixture and stir to evenly coat.
- Spread the mixture on parchment or waxed paper and cool. Optionally drizzle extra melted almond bark over top for extra "prettiness".
- Once the mixture is cool, about 15 minutes, break the larger pieces into smaller bite sized pieces.
- Store in an airtight container and refrigerate to keep fresh, up to 1 week.
Notes
- Use an almond bark or white chocolate melting wafers, not white chocolate chips.
- Sub Holiday colored M&M's for a festive touch.
- Work quickly after the almond bark is melted, it will set up relatively fast.
- For an extra flair, drizzle extra white chocolate over top while it is setting up. Could also use dark chocolate for contrast!
