Ground Turkey Meatloaf that is easy to make. It stays nice and juicy, and has big flavor from grated onions, garlic, Worcestershire and a ketchup based glaze.
Preheat the oven to 350. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick spray.
In a large bowl mix together the panko, grated onion, milk, eggs, Worcestershire, ketchup, garlic cloves, onion powder, kosher salt and black pepper. Stir it all together really well.
3 tablespoon yellow onion, 2 large eggs, 1 cup panko breadcrumbs, 2 tablespoon milk, 2 cloves garlic, 2 tablespoon Worcestershire, 2 tablespoon Ketchup, 1 ½ teaspoon kosher salt, 1 teaspoon onion powder, ½ teaspoon black pepper
Let it sit for a few minutes so the breadcrumbs soften.
Add the ground turkey and stir together with clean hands or a fork.
2 lbs. ground turkey
Turn out onto the prepared baking sheet. Form it into a loaf about 12x4x2. Bake for 20 minutes.
Mix the Ketchup topping ingredients together.
1 cup Ketchup, 1 teaspoon dry mustard, 1 ½ tablespoon brown sugar
Remove the meatloaf from the oven and spread about ½-3/4 of the mixture over the top, saving the rest for serving.
Bake for another 35 minutes until cooked through at 165°F
