Bisquick

beer

sugar

tablespoon
butter

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F
Lightly mix the Bisquick, beer, sugar, and melted butter.
4 cups Bisquick,

2 tablespoon sugar,
3 tablespoon butter
Prep a 12 cup muffin tin by spraying it very generously with a non stick spray.

Divide the mixture into the muffin cups. A cookie scoop makes quick work of this task. Sprinkle the tops with a little kosher salt.

Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.

Notes
Don't over mix the batter, just until all the dry Bisquick is wet.
Use a "beer tasting beer" - avoid sweet beer, fruity beer, etc...
