Barbecue Meatloaf Recipe
This barbecue meatloaf packs flavor right into the beef mixture, then gets topped with a sticky-sweet BBQ glaze that bakes into a caramelized finish.

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F, cover a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment or foil, spray with non-stick spray.
In a large bowl add the bread crumbs and milk, mix and let sit for a few minutes.
1 cup panko,
⅓ cup milk
Add the eggs, Worcestershire, BBQ sauce and garlic. Stir it all together.
2 large eggs,
2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce,
1 tablespoon bbq sauce,
2 large garlic cloves
Finally add the seasonings and the pork and beef. With clean hands or a fork, stir it all together.
1 lb ground pork,
1 teaspoon onion powder,
2 teaspoon chili powder,
½ teaspoon smoked paprika,
1 ½ teaspoon kosher salt,
1 lb ground beef
Turn it out onto the prepared baking sheet. Form it into a long loaf - about 12x3inches.
Cover the top with about ½ cup BBQ sauce.
Bake for 50-55 minutes until the center reaches 165°F.
Let cool for about 10 minutes, then slice into 1 inch pieces. Serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
