An old fashioned multiple bean side dish that is baked in the oven. Baked beans, green beans, butter beans and kidney beans are mixed with onions and bacon, seasoned with vinegar, brown sugar and dry mustard and baked. Super simple to make!!

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°. Grab a large baking dish that will hold the casserole. (at least 3 quarts)
In a large bowl combine all the ingredients.
28 oz can pork & beans, 15 oz can butter beans, 15 oz can kidney beans, 15 oz can green beans, ¾ cup brown sugar, ½ cup apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp. dry mustard, 1 large yellow or white onion, 8 slices bacon
Pour into the baking dish.If your baking dish is super full, place it on a rimmed baking sheet before placing in the oven to prevent spills in the oven.
Bake for 1 hour.
Let cool for about 15 minutes and serve.
Notes
BACON: the refrigerated, pre-cooked bacon you can quickly cook in the microwave is great for this recipe. It usually comes in 8-10 piece packages, perfect for this recipe!
