Frozen Paloma Cocktail Recipe
A frozen take on a classic Paloma Cocktail. Fresh grapefruit is mixed with ice, grapefruit juice, silver tequila, simple syrup (or agave) and a little lemon juice to brighten it up.

ice
¼
of a fresh grapefruit
rind removed
1.5
oz
silver tequila
2
oz
grapefruit juice
1.5
oz
simple syrup
or light agave
.5
oz
lemon juice
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a blender and puree until it is completely smooth. About 20-30 seconds.
1 cup ice,
¼ of a fresh grapefruit,
1.5 oz silver tequila,
2 oz grapefruit juice,
1.5 oz simple syrup,
.5 oz lemon juice
Pour into a glass. You may need to use a spoon to scoop it, it will be slightly thick.
