A delicious homemade Bloody Maria Cocktail that is super flavorful and a little spicy. Made with silver tequila, tomato juice, Tajin, lime juice, spices and herbs.
Prepare a tall glass by running a lime around the edge of the glass, dip in tajin mixed with a little kosher salt on a flat plate so that it adheres to the rim of the glass.
Fill the glass with ice and set aside.
In a cocktail mixing glass, shaker or jar, add the tomato juice, tequila, lime juice, Worcestershire, horseradish, Tajin, tobacco, olive juice and celery salt. Stir or shake thouroughly so the ingredients are completely combined.
5 oz tomato juice, 2 oz silver tequila, ½ oz fresh lime juice, ¼ oz Worcestershire, pinch prepared horseradish, 3-4 dashes Tajin, 2-4 dashes Tabasco, splash olive juice, Pinch celery salt
Pour into the prepared glass and garnish with olives, celery, pickles, peppers, ect...

SUBSTITUTESOlive Juice: can use a pickle juice or pepperoncini juice instead. Tajin: can sub in kosher salt with a few Mexican spices added (chili powder, cumin, kosher salt, oregano and a little smoked paprika)Celery Salt: use a mix of celery seed and kosher salt. Be sure to rub the celery seed between your fingers to break them up before adding.Tabasco: use a couple dashes of your favorite hot sauce!
