Chicken base is a great way to add a ton of flavor to your soup. You can find it in the soup aisle of your grocery store, next to traditional bouillon. It will be in a jar and comes in a paste form.
Turn the instant pot to "saute" function and let the chopped veggies saute.
Time to add in the quartered chicken breasts and all the seasonings to the veggie mixture.
