Thanksgiving Pumpkin  Trifle




Biscoff Cookies Pumpkin Cream Cheese Vanilla Cinnamon Nutmeg Ginger Clove Salt Brown Sugar Heavy Cream Powdered Sugar Toffee Bits

You will need a  9" Traditional Trifle Bowl

Crush the Biscoff Cookies in two separate baggies

Mix together the pumpkin, cream cheese, brown sugar, spices & vanilla.

In a separate bowl whip the heavy cream with the powdered sugar.

Start with one bag of crushed Biscoff Cookies

Time to layer!

Top with half the pumpkin mixture. Spread to the edges.

Top with half the whipped cream.

Repeat the layers and finish with toffee bits.

Pop in the fridge for 4 hours, up to 1 day.
