Simple Gochujang Meatballs

In this recipe we are taking a little help from the store by purchasing Gochujang BBQ Sauce!

Ingredients

Ground pork Ground beef Breadcrumbs Egg Soy sauce Green onions Garlic Ginger Red pepper flakes Salt Korean Gochujang Sauce

Using a panade just helps the meatballs stay juicy, tender  and cohesive.

Form golf ball sized balls to bake. Try to keep them uniform in size. Use a medium scoop if you have one. 

You'll want to flip them halfway through baking. 

After the meatballs come out of the oven, add the sauce to a cast iron pan and place the meatballs over them, coating each one well. 

Serve about 4 meatballs per adult and 2-3 per kid.
