Perfect Oven Roasted Carrots

When you need a side dish that is easy to prepare and everyone will love, you need this Roasted Carrot recipe! Only 3 ingredients and 30 minutes.

Three Ingredients

You only need carrots, a neutral oil like olive oil or canola oil, and kosher salt.

Size Matters

To roast your carrots in 25 minutes look for carrots that include about 8-10 carrots per pound.

Pan Size Matters Too

Make sure you have a pan large enough so your carrots are not crowded.... or they will steam instead of roast!

Cut & Prep

Peel and cut the carrots into 1 1/2 inch pieces. Toss in olive oil and sprinkle with kosher salt.

Roast

Roast in a 425 degree oven for 15 minutes. Toss them on the sheet pan and then roast another 10 minutes.  

Serve

Serve your perfectly roasted carrots as a side dish with just about any protein! Goes great with beef, pork and chicken!
