INGREDIENTS

Hard Boiled Eggs

Celery & Green Onions

Mayo & Mustard

Kosher Salt & Sugar

INSTANT POT 5-5-5 ---------- Cook your eggs in an Instant Pot for 5 minutes, with a 5 minute natural release and 5 minute ice bath....

...OR ON THE STOVE TOP --------- Put the eggs in a pot with room temp water, bring to a boil, remove from the heat and cover the pot for 10-12 minutes.

Chop the hard boiled eggs into bite sized pieces.

Add the chopped celery, green onions, mayo, mustard, sugar and kosher salt.

Stir everything together.

Pop your egg salad in the fridge, or eat right away.

It's great over lettuce. like a salad, or in lettuce cups...

...On bread or croissants.
