Classic Deviled Eggs
+ an easy trick for piping the filling into the eggs!
Start with Hard Boiled Eggs
Slice them lengthwise and pop the yolk out into a bowl.
Mash the yolks with a fork
Stir in the:
Mayonnaise Yellow Mustard Sugar White Vinegar Kosher Salt
Place a disposable baggie in a tall glass. Pushing one of the corners into the bottom of the glass.
Fill the baggie with the yolk mixture and then clip a tiny piece off of the bottom corner.
Pipe the filling right into the eggs! Garnish with paprika, parsley or chives.
