Prep Time 10 minutes

  • Epsom Salts
  • Vitamin E Oil
  • Essential Oils your favorite scents
  • Food Coloring *optional

  • Storage Container with lid (able to hold at least 8 oz), mixing spoons, 1 cup measuring cup, 1 teaspoon measuring spoon

  • Measure a little less than 1 cup of epsom salts and pour into the storage container.
Add a little less than 1 teaspoon of vitamin E oil to the salts and stir to completely combine.
Choose your favorite essential oil scent or scent combination and add 5-8 drops to the salts. Stir to distribute the oil evenly.
Optional- add 3-5 drops of food coloring for colored bath salts. Note- you will have to mix the salts for a long time or put the lid on the container and shake vigorously to distribute the color thru the entire container. Do not add too much food coloring, you do not want to stain your tub/tile!

  • BATH: Add half or the entire container to a warm bath. They are great for your skin and muscles.
SHOWER: Use the salts in the shower as a gently body exfoliator.
Note- DO NOT INGEST THE BATH SALTS, they are for external use only.
