Ingredients

Uncooked Dry White or Brown Rice

Vegetable Oil

Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice

Fresh Cilantro

Instructions
Prepare the rice according to package instructions.
After the rice is completely cooked, stir in oil, lime juice, cilantro, and a pinch of salt.
Notes
**If you like a strong lime flavor you can also zest a few pinches of lime into the rice.
