Cranberry Orange Sweet Rolls

  • In a small mixing bowl, stir together the filling ingredients: brown sugar, cinnamon, orange zest, and dried cranberries.
Divide the filling evenly across the crescent dough rectangles.
  • Roll the crescent dough over the filling, making sure you end with the seam side down.
  • Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until the pastry is golden brown.
Let the rolls cool while you make the Orange Glaze.

Orange Glaze

  • In a small mixing bowl, stir together the Orange Glaze ingredients: powdered sugar, fresh orange juice, and orange zest. Make sure there are no lumps in the glaze.

Assembling & Serving

  • Once the Sweet Rolls are cooled, divide all the orange glaze between the 4 pastries by drizzling it over the top.
Slice the pastries in half, on the diagonal, for a total of 8 pieces.
You can also cut each roll into 4 pieces (slices or triangles), leaving you with a total of 16 pieces, which is great if you want bite size pastries.

Notes

Store at room temperature, in an air tight container, for 2-3 days.
