THE VERY BEST SHRIMP CARBONARA

Ingredients

linguine butter bacon shrimp egg garlic parmesan red pepper flakes kosher salt

PRO TIP: This recipe comes together REALLY QUICKLY... I highly recommend that you prep everything before starting!

Add the egg, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, softened butter, and parmesan cheese to a blender, mix until smooth.

Cook the bacon until crispy and drain on paper towels.

Cook the shrimp in the reserved bacon grease. HELLO FLAVOR!

Deglaze the pan with some pasta water. Then stir in the pasta, butter/egg mixture, parsley, bacon, and shrimp. Give it a good toss.

Serve right away with extra parm cheese!
