Turkey  Meatloaf Muffin Cups

Make sure you use  93/7 ground turkey  for the best flavor  and texture.

1. Sauté the onions and garlic, then add the rosemary, tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce.

2.Mix the ground turkey with a panko panade, egg and the onion mixture.

3.Fill each muffin cup with a heaping 1/3 cup. Then top with ketchup and bake for 25 mins.

4. Serve with mashed potatoes and green beans.
