"FIVE STARS -This burger is full of flavor! Can’t wait to make it again!" - Mom's Dinner Reader

Ingredients

PRO TIP: Use an 80/20 ground beef. If you can get ground chuck that is one of the best options for grilled burgers!

Time to heat up your grill! Direct heat for charcoal and medium- high heat for gas.

Start by making a flavorful panade. This is what keeps your burgers nice and juicy!

Add the ground beef, but don't overwork it or your burgers will be a little tough.

PRO TIP: make your burgers about 1/2 inch larger than your bun. After they grill they will fit your bun perfectly!

PRO TIP: after forming the patties make a divot in the center with your thumb....
