Loaded Potato Skins with Roasted Garlic Sour Cream 

This Loaded Potato Skins Recipe is over-the-top!

Russet potatoes Olive oil Butter Salt Onion powder Garlic powder Black pepper Cheddar cheese Bacon  Green onions

The potato skin start getting extra crispy when you bake the potatoes, by coating them in a little oil.

Roast a head of garlic in the oven to get the roasted garlic sour cream sauce ready. 

Combine the smashed roasted garlic with the sour cream, onion powder, and kosher salt. Let the flavors combine in the fridge while the potato skins are prepared. 

Slice the baked potatoes in half once they are cool enough to handle. 

Leave about ¼ inch of potato around the edge.

Brush the prepared butter sauce around the sides and inside of the potatoes and bake them. 

Fill the twice baked potatoes with your choice of toppings and let the ingredients melt in the oven about 5 minutes.
