Classic Rice Pilaf

Butter  Onions Garlic Basmati rice Chicken broth Fresh lemon zest Lemon juice Pine nuts Green onions

Toasting pine nuts really brings out their nutty, almost bacon-like flavor. Bacon, yum!

Once the rice is done fluff with a fork and mix in the toasted pine nuts, lemon zest and juice and green onions.
