Ingredients
Cooked Ham
Eggs
Whole Milk
Bread
Dijon Mustard
Butter
Cheese
Onion Powder
Seasoned Salt
Garlic Powder
Whisk together the eggs, milk, Dijon mustard, and seasonings.
Add the bread cubes to a buttered 9x13 dish
.
Top with cubed, cooked ham. Great for leftover ham!
Top with shredded cheddar cheese, fresh shredded is always best!
Pour the egg mixture evenly over top of the casserole.
Cover and pop in the fridge overnight (12-48 hours).
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes, uncovered.
Excellent served with fresh fruit and vanilla yogurt!
