Dumplings, in their various forms, are enjoyed by cultures around the world. Here we are talking about fluffy bread-like dumplings that are dropped into soup or stew and steamed/boiled.

Combine Dry Ingredients using a fine mesh sieve.
Add Wet Ingredients to the dry ingredients. Don't overmix, a few lumps won't hurt anything.
The dumplings will cook and expand as they are in the hot liquid. Put the top on the Dutch oven for 15-20 minutes.
