Perfect Cajun Rice

This cajun dish starts with the holy trinity of onion, peppers, and celery and then gets seasoned with all the Cajun flavors you love like; chilies, garlic, oregano, thyme, and smoked paprika.

INGREDIENTS Celery Red bell pepper Onion Garlic White rice Chicken stock Lots of wonderful seasonings!

Take your time sauteing the veggies, then add in the rice with seasonings and let that saute as well. 

Once the broth is in the skillet, let it come to a boil, then simmer about 18 minutes. 

Fluff the rice and remove the bay leaf before serving!
